Fibre Education Program

Net99 believes in giving opportunities and transforming lives of our communities, and with this event, lives will be changed. This is a tool to achieve business excellence (sales). While we pre-launch our fibre to the community, we will also give our local entrepreneurs a chance to engage with each other. The entrepreneurs will share their different journeys, and how to attain growth. We will spend an hour visiting each stall, and learning more about each other’s products,” said Zoleka Mashiane.

UMLAZI FEELs NET99’S WARMTH!

It’s beautiful! The reception was very nice, the people have been waiting for us to come to their homes – it’s a historical moment. We’ve created employment to the young ones in Umlazi. They’re the ones who build the infrastructure, and the taxi operators have welcomed us by offering their workspace to brand and supply their clients with internet while waiting for their next journey. We were welcomed here despite the notion that it’s a difficult, politically challenged area.

SMARTPHONE PRICES MUST-FALL

South Africa's Failure to make smart devices affordable means we runs the risk of excluding many within the poorer communities from critical opportunities, including e-learning, e- commerce, and access to e-government services.

Wise Choice

Making a wise decision when choosing fibre internet package and supplier

In many cases an ISP may offer free setup and installation provided you sign a contract for 12 or 24 months, this allows the ISP to offset their costs over the term of the contract, however, if you are not happy with the service and want to change this may mean you have to pay an expensive cancellation fee. As with any contract, ensuring you are aware and understand the terms is vital.
