Get Smart Competition

How To Enter:

• Sign-up, pay and get your Net Nine Nine fibre installed between 22 November 2023 and 10 December 2023.
• Read the rules of the competition below.
• Ask your sales agent or installation booking agent to enter your name into the Get Smart competition draw.

Eligibility:

• This competition is only eligible for new clients that are installed with Net Nine Nine fibre between 22 November 2023 and 10 December 2023.
• Winners must be the original account holder of legal age (18 years or older) at the time of entry.
• Employees of Net Nine Nine and other associated with the promotion of the competition, and their respective , partners, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family and household members of each such employee are not eligible to be entered into the competition.
• Companies, businesses, NPO’s and NGO’s will not be eligible to enter this competition.
• Competition winners who have won a Net Nine Nine competition within the last 3 months will not be eligible to enter this competition.

Agreement to official rules:

• Winners of the “Get Smart” competition will be required to agree to the Net Nine Nine terms & conditions as well as the rules for the competition before the prize is delivered to them. If they cannot agree, a new winner will be selected in their place.

Automatic Entry:

• All new installations that take place between the competition entry date and closure date will be entered into the competition.

Prizes:

• The free fibre for 1 months prize is limited to a 20mbps download and 10Mbps Upload package service, but can be upgraded to a faster service at the winners own cost.

• Prizes are distributed as follows:

Prize 1 – Selected from clients in the Free state region.

Prize 2 – Selected from the clients in the Mpumalanga area.

Prize 3 – Selected from the clients in the West Rand / Western Gauteng area.

Prize 4 – Selected from the clients in the Northern Gauteng / Pretoria area.

Winner’s announcement

• Winners will be selected by random draw from a pool of all clients who meet the minimum entry requirements.
• Winners will be announced on the Net Nine Nine Facebook page, on the 20th of December 2023.
• Winners will be contacted via phone and e-mail between the fifteenth and twentieth of December 2023 to be asked to agree to the competition rules, and to arrange collection of their prize.

Prize Collection:

• Winners will be required to collect their prize within 5 working days from the Net Nine Nine store servicing their area, at their own cost.
• No refund will be supplied to cover the initial costs of the fibre connection and the prize will cover your fibre for a 20mbps package for 3 months starting on your 2nd month. Example: if you got installed and activated in December 2023, the prize will cover January 2024, and no refund will be arranged for Decembers payment.

Important to note:

• The Free fibre will only be effective from the 2nd month connected, for example if your installation is in December 2023 your connection will be covered by this prize from January 2024.
• Smart TV prizes are not supplied with TV licenses. TV licenses are the responsibility of the winner to arrange.
• If there is any out of box defect with the Smart TV or any missing items, it is the responsibility of the winner to inform Net Nine Nine, and return the prize within 5 working days of receiving their prize. Net Nine Nine will then get the issue resolved with the supplier and will return the prize within 30 working days.
• Warranty claims on the device after 5 working days are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
• Net Nine Nine only agrees to cover the 3 months of fibre at the value of R379 per month for a 1 month period, any upgrades to the fibre speed will not be covered by Net Nine Nine and Net Nine Nine’s contribution to the fibre will remain constant.
