Net99 has since reached out directly, … More and we spoke through the issue. Credit where it’s due, the matter was addressed and the situation has been resolved.
While the initial communication and response times were frustrating, I appreciate the follow-up and the effort to make things right once contact was established.
This is the kind of engagement customers expect during a rollout.
I’ve updated the rating to reflect the resolution and the direct call. There’s still room to improve consistency on support channels, but I won’t be overly harsh where corrective action was taken.

Net99, this is not a great look.
After receiving complaints from more than five customers in Itsoseng / Hebron (Mabibeng, North West) about technical issues, outages, and ongoing service problems, I took the initiative to contact Net99 directly to get clarity around the fibre deployment and support.
I reached out on your official WhatsApp line on 4 December 2025 and followed up five times since then. Today is 16 January 2026. No response. At all.
Calling the support line somehow makes it worse. You are told you’re “first in line” and then left waiting for over 20 minutes with no answer. On a sales and support line. That’s not a delay, that’s appalling.
This isn’t one customer being impatient. Multiple people in this same area are already experiencing technical problems and outages, and when someone actually tries to engage you proactively, there is nothing on the other end.
You don’t roll out fibre, collect interest, and then vanish when questions are asked. This deployment feels unprepared and poorly managed. Please fix the communication before things get further out of hand. -
