The fibre is working perfectly fine, it’s strength … More is very strong. The router status lights are solid green. No connectivity issues or speed drops, streaming/video calls are smooth👌. Setup was breeze, and it didn’t take them long to install everything. The setup team was lovely & friendly, they handled everything with so much care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free internet experience.

I am not pleased with net9nine AT ALL🙌🏾. Every month there has to be a problem that gets dragged to be fixed, their communication is under the carpet to a point where we have to go to their offices and ask when will they fix network issues but come month end they will switch it off without even thinking twice or compensate the days where people had no network. There’s no network connection since Thursday, it’s Monday today and still nothing. It’s exams, how are kids supposed to access YouTube for their studies or study material on apps? There are people working remotely depending solely on this. Is this how you guys treat your customers when there’s no competition? Other sections there is network but J-section-top we are just waiting for you to do your work and it seems you are not willing. The way I have lost interest in yall? It’s very interesting the way le tletsetletseng kateng le bolella batho ka network ya lona e phoqang🚮 only if they knew how bad your service is each and every month without fail. We pay for it but now it looks like we are borrowing it.

Unfortunately, the Botleng office administration kept giving me back-and-forth responses with no clear direction, leaving me confused and unfairly making Atoh look like the bad guy, while he was actually the one doing everything possible to assist me.
Atoh remained professional, patient, and committed throughout the process, and for that I am truly grateful.
