How To Enter:
- You need to be an installed and connected Net Nine Nine fibre customer.
- You need to have been connected for at least two months, and make your payment in November 2023, or you need to be connected in November and pay for your first 3 months up-front.
- By the end of November 2023, you need to have at least three consecutive payments for Net Nine Nine fibre. (September 2023 – November 2023)
Eligibility:
- The competition is open to all Net Nine Nine existing customers that have three consecutive payments by the end of November 2023
- Winners must be the original account holder of legal age (18 years or older) at the time of entry.
- Employees of Net Nine Nine and other associated with the promotion of the competition, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family and household members of each such employee are not eligible to be entered into the competition.
- All eligible accounts need to be settled in full, any accounts that owe an arrears payment or pro-rata payment at the end of November 2023 will not be eligible to enter the draw.
Agreement to official rules:
- Winners of the “Stay Connected Competition” will be required to agree to the Net Nine Nine terms & conditions as well as the rules for the competition before the prize is delivered to them. If they cannot agree, a new winner will be selected in their place.
Automatic Entry:
- To Enter keep the payment of your Net Nine Nine fibre account up to date for no less than three consecutive months, will automatically enter you into the competition.
- New clients will also be entered if they pay a payment for three months or more upfront for their fibre connection from Net Nine Nine.
Prizes:
- The free fibre prize will cover the costs of the current Net Nine Nine package/line speed as of 1 November 2023.
- Prizes are as follows:
First prize – Six (6) months free fibre
Second prize – Three (3) months free fibre
Third prize – One (1) month free fibre
Winner’s announcement
- Winners will be selected by random draw from a pool of all clients who meet the minimum entry requirements.
- Winners will be announced on the Net Nine Nine facebook page, on the first of December 2023.
- Winners will be contacted via phone and e-mail between the first and fourth of December 2023 to be asked to agree to the competition rules as well as
Prize Delivery:
- Winners not be charged for their fibre connection from December 2023 and the prize will cover the winner’s subscription from their selected billing date following the winner’s announcement on the fourth of December 2023.
Example;
Billing date 01 December – Prize effective from 01 January 2023
Billing date 15 December – Prize effective from 15 December 2023
Billing date 25 December – Prize effective from 25 December 2023
Billing date 30 December – Prize effective from 30 December 2023
Important to note:
- Winners will not be able to claim a refund for any payments already made before winning this competition for their Net Nine Nine for their fibre subscription.
- Any credit owed to clients will be credited against the client’s Net Nine Nine account and will only be used after the expiry of the subscriptions covered by the prize.
