The tournament is designed to be a friendly event celebrating the people of the QwaQwa / Phuthaditjhaba and the surrounding areas. There is no entrance fee allowing any person interested to attend the games from the start of the tournament on Good Friday till April fools day (29 March 2024 - 01 April 2024)

One of the main advantages of this initiative is that it gives access to a vast array of online educational resources that were previously out of reach. For instance, students can now participate in virtual field trips, access online libraries, and collaborate with peers from all over the world on group projects.
