NET NINE NINE (NNN) COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the “Win with Net99” competition (“Competition”) and must be read together with Net Nine Nine’s (“NNN”) existing terms and conditions. By entering the Competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. PROMOTER
1.1. The promoter of this Competition is Net Nine Nine (“NNN”).
1.2. NNN reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Competition at its discretion without prior notice.
2. COMPETITION PERIOD
2.1. The Competition will run from 06 March 2025 to 31 March 2025 (“Competition Period”).
2.2. No entries will be accepted before or after the Competition Period.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. The Competition is open only to existing NNN clients who have an active service account with NNN at the time of entry.
3.2. Employees of NNN, their immediate family members, agents, or any third-party service providers directly associated with the administration of the Competition are not eligible to participate.
3.3. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1. To enter, eligible participants must comment on the official Competition post on Instagram or Facebook, sharing their personal story on how the internet has unlocked an opportunity for them.
4.2. Only one entry per client will be allowed. Multiple comments from the same participant will result in disqualification.
4.3. Comments must comply with community guidelines. Any inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content will result in disqualification at NNN’s sole discretion.
5. WINNER SELECTION & PRIZES
5.1. The three (3) winners will be determined based on the number of “likes” received on their comment.
5.2. The winners will receive vouchers as follows:
5.2.1 1st place: R3,000 voucher
5.2.2 2nd place: R2,000 voucher
5.2.3 3rd place: R1,000 voucher
5.3. In the event of a tie, NNN reserves the right to select a winner at its sole discretion.
5.4. Winners will be announced on 04 April 2025 via NNN’s official Instagram and Facebook pages.
6. PRIZE CLAIM AND DELIVERY
6.1. Winners must provide NNN with their contact details within 5 days of the announcement.
6.2. Prizes will be sent within ten (10) working days after the winners have been confirmed.
6.3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6.4. If a winner fails to claim their prize within the stipulated timeframe, NNN reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner.
7. GENERAL TERMS
7.1. NNN reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.
7.2. By entering the Competition, participants grant NNN the right to use their submitted content, including but not limited to, their name, comment, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7.3. NNN will not be held liable for any technical failures, delays, or disruptions affecting participation in the Competition.
7.4. By entering the Competition, participants acknowledge and accept that NNN’s decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding.
7.5. Any disputes arising from this Competition shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. NNN and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this Competition or acceptance and use of the prize.
8.2. Participants enter the Competition at their own risk.
