  • Choose a dance from our regional dance challenge videos.
  • Choose and learn your favorite dance.
  • Record your own version of the dance using a song of your choice.
  • Post your video publicly on your personal social media account (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter or Facebook).
  • Tag Net Nine Nine in your post and use the hashtag #Let’sDanceNet99.
  • Keep your post live and publicly visible until 23:59 on 5 July 2025.
  • Get the The most votes win.

Who Can Enter
  • Who will not be Considered.
  • Employees, agents, or affiliates of Net Nine Nine and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  • The competition is open only to South African residents aged 18 years and older.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • Any client that has an outstanding fibre payments for a period greater than 31 days will not be considered.
  • Incomplete, fraudulent, or misrepresented entries will be disqualified without notice.
  • Who will be considered.
  • South African citizen who submits a 10 – 40 second video of their rendition of any of the Net Nine Nine dances.
  • African citizens that reside within the boarders of South Africa.

TikTok Dance Competition Terms & Conditions 

Effective Dates: 10 June 2025 – 4 July 2025.

Organiser: Net Nine Nine (Pty) Ltd

1. How to Enter 

Follow all official Net Nine Nine social media accounts. Choose a dance from our regional dance challenge videos. Record your version of the dance using any song of your liking. Post the video publicly on your social media account. Tag Net Nine Nine and use the hashtag #Let’sDanceNet99. Keep the post live until July 5, 2025.

2. Winner Selection 

Winners will be determined based on the highest number of verified authentic likes on their entry post by 00:00 on 5 July 2025.

NNN reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of all likes and engagement data. Entries using bots, paid engagements, or fake accounts will be disqualified without

further discussion:

– The decision of NNN is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

– Winners will be contacted via direct message and publicly announced on 5 July 2025.

3. Prizes

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
  • Prizes will be made available for collection from the nearest Net Nine Nine store to the winner’s verified address.
  • Winners must present valid government-issued ID and proof of ownership of the winning account.
  • Prizes must be collected in person by the verified winner. No proxy or courier collections are permitted.
  • All prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind. NNN makes no representations regarding the merchantability, fitness, or condition of any prize.
  • Any warranty or service claims must be directed to the manufacturer or distributor.
  • If a prize is unavailable for any reason, NNN reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. 

4. Usage of content 

By entering this competition, all participants grant Net Nine Nine (Pty) Ltd a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, broadcast, modify, and otherwise use any video, image, caption, or post submitted in connection with the competition for any marketing, advertising, promotional, training, or internal purposes, in any media, whether now known or developed in the future.

Participants warrant and represent that:

  • They own all intellectual property rights in and to their entry or otherwise have all necessary permissions and licences to grant the rights described above;
  • Their entry does not infringe the rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights, of any third party;
  • They have obtained all necessary permissions from any third parties appearing in the video;
  • They indemnify Net Nine Nine (Pty) Ltd against any claims that may arise from breach of these warranties.

5. General Conditions 

NNN reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, entrants agree that:

  • Net Nine Nine may collect and process personal data (such as name, contact information, and social media handles) strictly for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding prizes;
  • Net Nine Nine will handle all personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA)
  • Personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required for the administration of the competition or where legally obligated to do

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
