Net Nine Nine employee’s, friends and family members as well as ex-employees who terminated their employment less than 3 months prior to this competition launch date are not eligible to enter this competition.

Net Nine Nine is not responsible nor liable for any, damages caused by the competition, the collection of any prizes or the process redemption of vouchers.

Net Nine Nine is not responsible for any conditions or challenges related to the redemption of vouchers, or the inability to redeem vouchers. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to work with the company relevant to the voucher or prize to facilitate redemption.

Winners will be notified via SMS, phone or social media post, and prizes will be delivered to the Net Nine Nine fibre store nearest to the winners connected address.

It is the sole responsibility of the winner meet the redemption requirements, and terms and conditions of any prize including but not limited to expiry of prizes, installation, and collection or delivery when applicable.

Winners may required to take part in a winners handover photograph to be taken by Net Nine Nine staff and the photograph may be published on Net Nine Nine’s social media channels, and other media channels.

Prizes may be required to be collected by the selected winner, and winners may be required to produce proof of identification / proof of drivers license / proof of TV license before being awarded their prize, no prizes will be delivered to any other person, with or without a proxy letter.

Net Nine Nine will endeavor to deliver / send / avail all prizes within 22 working days of the acceptance / acknowledgment of the winner, this is subject to stock availability, winners will be informed of any further delays via SMS or phone call or verified email.

Winners are to be randomly selected via Lucky Draw of eligible customers and number of entries per client are multiplied by the number of completed “increase your chances” tasks.
