With an aim to support the less fortunate South African’s, encourage a healthy lifestyle instill a positive mindset, Net Nine Nine is proud to be the official connectivity partner of the annual 702 Walk-the-Talk 2026, taking place at the Ellis Park precinct on, Sunday 26 July 2026.

Net Nine Nine is responsible to host the connectivity infrastructure of the event, including the 702 team live outside broadcast, media company streaming platforms to cover the event and the powering of all point of sale payment infrastructure.

Hosted alongside the civic initiative Jozi My Jozi and the City of Joburg, the event highlights community resilience and puts a strong special focus on supporting and restoring dignity to people experiencing homelessness.

The Walk the Talk event is attended by both Top and casual runners as well as many South African’s who are joining the walk purely to support this great initiative, including some of South Africa’s top officials. Net Nine Nine was given the privelage to be the events official internet sponsor, ensuring that coverage of the event as well as broadcasts run smoothly.
